Shehas written numerous books and articles on manyaspects of women’s experiences and status inmedieval England, and has been integral to currentdebates about the future direction of feministhistory. In July 1998, she visited The Universityof Western Australia as the 1998 Fred AlexanderFellow where she spoke to Susan Broomhall.
