摘要：The project has four components:- Improving of Teaching and Learning Quality in Rural Schools- Enhancement of Access and Equity in Rural Schools- Enhancement of Human Resources Employment- Strengthening of Planning and Monitoring in EducationAll these four components will contribute to accomplish the principal project’s objective - improving the quality ofeducation in the rural area of Republic of Moldova.The present project is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Youth of Republic of Moldova, according tothe World Bank procedures. The implementation of each component and sub-component is directed by one departmentor board of the Ministry and has not a separate implementation unit. The implementation period of the project is 2006-2010
