摘要：The study of morphological and biochemical properties of green microalgae Dunaliella salina cultivated on themineral medium Ben-Amotz and on the medium on the base of the cultural liquid from Spirulina platensis produced arepresented. The morphological properties of cells are identical. The amino acids content is different, in special, the essentialamino acids decrease with 8,81% when D.salina on the organo-mineral medium is cultivated
