摘要：Data management has always been a seriousissue. The rate at which the data is growing at every timeinstance, each small and big organization has to incorporateproper repositories and management systems within theirorganizations to handle such data. New kinds of repositoriesare being introduced as the demand of analysis of data isgenerated. Data warehouses are capable to store huge datain multidimensional way and analysis can also be performedover it. But due to certain challenges, this repository is alsonot the best solution to the problem. To deal with this issue,the concept of pattern warehouses is being introduced. Thispaper reveals the journey of the management aspect of datafrom data warehouse to pattern warehouse.
