摘要:In Normal Schools, it is expected from the educators' practices that the students become future competent teachers to train others students with practices that are intuited to be reproductive, alienated and alienating. Teacher trainers apparently have characteristics that make them different; however, their practices look alike. It's difficult to find teacher trainers with a critical sense. There is resistance to look inside those endogamic educational institutions, lacking interest for changing the formation of future teachers who don't show signs of interest in playing their professional role of teacher and then make the teacher formation school truly learning communities.
