  • 摘要:Este ¨¦ um estudo sobre os principais aspectos das estrat¨¦gias competitivas utilizadas por quatro restaurantes de alto padr.o de Bras¨Şlia. O estudo busca compreender as opçőes estrat¨¦gicas dos restaurantes num ambiente de concorr¨şncia dinamica e intensa. Metodologicamente, ¨¦ um estudo de natureza explorat¨®ria , um estudo de caso com abordagem comparativa de quatro restaurantes. A coleta de dados foi feita por meio de entrevistas semi - estruturadas junto aos quatro restaurantes. O estudo revelou que um dos fatores estrat¨¦gicos que mais preocupam os restaurantes ¨¦ a importancia de reter profissionais qualificados. Dos quatro restaurantes, tr¨şs v¨şem qualidade impec¨˘vel como fator essencial de competitividade, enquanto um considera que seu diferencial vem da combinaçăo das qualidades numa experi¨şncia de entretenimento. O estudo mostra que o vem do alto padr.o de qualidade dos servi.os oferecidos, fruto da valorizaçăo e treinamento de pessoal capacitado que cria uma experi¨şncia ¨˛nica e exclusiva para os clientes.
  • 其他摘要:This is a study of the competitive strategy used by four high end restaurants from Brasilia, Brazil. The study seeks to understand the strategic choices of restaurants in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. Methodologically, it is an exploratory study of actual cases of four restaurants. The main instrument was the semi structured interviews with ma nagers or owners of the four restaurants. The study showed that keeping qualified professionals is considered one of the main competitive factors for the restaurants. Of the four restaurants, three consider impeccable quality as the essential element for competitiveness, while one considers that its main source of competitiveness comes from a combination of services in the form of an entertainment experience. The study finds that the success is the result of excepcional service which depends on well trained workers allowing customers to experience a unique and exclusive image for the customers
