  • 摘要:Business model is abstract rational cognition about how corporation created, delivered and obtained value and is the enterprise’s core competitive advantages from the perspective of value creation. This article found that research perspective of representation models of e-commerce business model mostly concentrated on value creation perspective and there are two categories: EBMO and e3-value Model. We respectively discuss the two categories in order to make better understanding of the current development in e-commerce business model research.
