摘要：The article is devoted to the problem of religious intolerance in the community. The author characterizes the models of personalized spirituality in the work place and the presence of spirituality in the performing arts. Special attention is paid to the problem of spiritual hunger among teens. The author accentuates on the inherently spiritual essence of theatre teachers’ work that awakens good in each person and promotes development of spiritual world of a personality
