摘要:The goal of this research was analyze and describe the dynamics of the training load in the in-season period in futsal using the Rating of Perceived Exertion (PSE) – session method. It was realized a descriptive and longitudinal research. Participated of the research 12 high-performance athletes (24,92 ± 5,20 years, 71,76 ± 4,86 kg, 175,83 ± 5,05 cm e 7,70 ± 2,80% fat). The total weekly training load was calculated during 19 weeks, and the average of total weekly training load of each mesocycle which compound the in-season period. Using ANOVA for repeated measures followed by Tukey’s post-hoc test, the mesocycle 2, 3 and 4 showed the greatest loads, and the mesos 1 and 5 the lowest. We conclude that this futsal training described demonstrated low training loads in-season period, and a behavior that adapt to a number of games in this period. Key words: Futsal. Planning.
