摘要：Education is the backbone of every society to sustain economic growth. A good higher education system is essential for national, social and economic development of India that with a 2.2 billion strong population is fast emerging as a global force to reckon with. There is a need of value based higher education system which empowers youth for self–sustainability by inculcating employment skills and hence reducing poverty.
