摘要：The main functions of the library are to serve, prepare, care and maintenance all the materials and collection of the library, which is named the information. As a centre of information the library should be organized and managed well to aid the users to get the information they need such as books, data and other materials. The books as a main and majority material of the library have significant functions. By reading books we understood knowledge and science, we knew the word and everything in the world. The book not as a secondary need, but it’s as premier need . So through good organization and management, the library could influence the user interest of reading books
