摘要：One of the most important problems that the Romanian Society is facing at the moment is the one relating to a declining population growth rate. Sadly, Romania’s population is slowly dwindling and the Romanian legal system seems to be a quiet witness to this phenomenon, through ambiguous legal provisioning, seconded by the public authorities, through their ignorance towards the importance and the application of such legal norms. In the present paper, we present the situation of the legal framework dedicated to the allowance allocated for raising children, reffering especially to twins and triplets and other special situations.
