摘要：Classification is widely used in literature as one of the most important means of regulation and systematization ofstudied objects, providing the opportunity of orientation in their diversity.The establishment of extradition types (the extradition classification) consists in the distribution of all the methods,provided by the international and national legal norms, by category, based on a unique key sign (unique basis) in orderto determine the proportion between them (the similarities and differences), as well as the knowledge of legalities thatexists between them.The nature of many aspects of the institution of extradition predispose to the existence of a variety of qualificationcriteria.
