摘要：Actually, one of the primary issues is the furtherance and provision of juveniles development as holders of right. The children constitute the future of generations and the provision of their fluent development, in any respect, is one of the main objective points of the government. One of the mechanisms destined to juveniles’ normal development is constituted by the criminal law. Out of the norms of criminal law enacted in this regard we would like to outline the art.208 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova which determines as a crime the act of involving juveniles in criminal activity or inciting them to commit immoral acts. The object of attempt of the respective criminal act consists in the social relations concerning the development, education and social, physical, spiritual, psychical and intellectual normal development of juveniles. The juvenile as an entity appears as a victim of the crime
