摘要：Over the last 25 years the Russians have met the hardest challenges: collapse of the USSR, change of the social system together with deeply unfair privatization, prevalence of oligarchic capital, derangement of the state management system. Since 2000 the country has been emerging from the deep systemic crisis. Major steps have been taken towards a new state ideology, based on the revival and strengthening of moral foundations of national identity and state sovereignty.
