摘要：This paper is a review of nutrition problems, policies, research, technologies and applicable strategies, and their Consequences and impact on Health. Itattempts to underscore the importance of these issues to contemporary dialogue in matters of health, agriculture and other variables, but more importantly from a development perspective. Although these issues have been discussed over decades in the international literature, this review is significantbecause development issues have been paid scant reference to, by many developing countries. The paper argues that all these problems are preventable.
