摘要：The purpose of the paper is that of highlighting the most relevant features of direct and indirect gender discrimination and age discrimination, in the statutory and occupational old-age pension systems. The aim is to offer a contribution to the reflection on the effectiveness of gender and age equality legislation in the field of old- age pensions.
