  • 摘要:This article aims to verify the influence of management practices of Information Technologies in thePerformance of Results, like: customer satisfaction, business returns and sales. The research was oriented to Brazilianproject management experience. This research is structured in two phases: a) Framework of a conceptual model; and b)Verification of the Conceptual Model. The research was elaborated to the light of the literature and guidance ofspecialists with technical and scientific knowledge about the object under investigation. The data was extracted througha judgment matrix of scalar type, in which specialists judged the variables that compose the conceptual model. Toreduce the subjectivity of the results, the following methods and techniques were applied: Pareto Principle andStudent’s T test. The results were satisfactory and allowed to validate the research. The influence levels derivated fromthe research allow the managers to improve their efforts in the practices which present more influence in the companyresults, once there are priorities, by degree of importance, of each of the practices in the results: customer satisfaction,business and sales. We recognized the need of reproducing and replicating the methodological procedures used in thiswork in other experiences, as well as the need to amplify the scope of specialists, once the study is limited to theBrazilian experience.
