摘要：The monoclinic co mpounds with K 2 RbEu x Ho 1-x (PO 4 ) 2 formula were synthesized by solid state reaction. Their X- ray diffraction patterns were recorded. The infrared spectra have been reported and analyzed. The study of Eu 3+ fluorescence is presented and the interpretation of the spectra was realized on the basis of Dieke and Grosswhite works.
