摘要：Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) in Romania is now emerging, in the practitioner's and educational field. Th e risk management paradigm provides a framework for this paper. The analysis focus is on presentin g the perception of current national approach related to stressors and processes that threat employee's and organ izational health. Further, we compare the employees' and managers' perspective on OHP issues looking, in Romania and oth er European countries. Finally we con clude and address OHP challenges and opportunities in Romania
