摘要：Grid is actually a generic term for a number of simple rating-scale procedures. This techn iqu e is used for arriving at str aightforward descriptions of how a person views the world in his or her own terms. In counselin g activity, Repertory Grid Technique has some important applications, as the description of the ways in wh ich a person thinks about his/her social environment, in order to understand the person or in support of a counseling relationship with that person. In this presentation, grid principles description will be made and an analysis of r esults of a hypothetical example will be done
