摘要:Proteinele de rezerv. din semin. ele mai multor plante sunt alergene. Proteinele din semin. ele de arahide, inclusiv globulina de rezerv. 11S Ara h3, au cea mai mare alergenicitate. Printre globulinele 11S din semin.e o alergenicitate relativ mare, pe lang. Ara h3, este caracteristic. subunit..ilor globulinei 11S din soia Gly m G1, Gly m G2 .i Gly m G3. S-a demonstrat o potrivire par.ial. a pozi.iilor determinan.ilor antigen (epitopi IgE) .n secven. ele de aminoacizi ale Ara h3 .i globulinei 11S din soia. 其他摘要:Storage proteins in seeds of several plants are allergens. The proteins from peanut seeds, including storage 11S globulin Ara h3, are of the highest allergenicity. Among seed 11S globulins, a relatively high allergenicity in addition to Ara h 3 is characteristic of subunits Gly m G1, Gly m G2 and Gly m G3 of soybean 11S globulin. A partial matching of positions of antigen determinants (IgE epitopes) in amino acid sequences of Ara h 3 and soybean 11S globulin subunits was shown. Possible ways for reducing of the allergenicity of 11S globulins from the seeds of soybean and other plants is discussed
