摘要：Tendinţele contemporane în dezvoltarea socioeconomică implică un parteneriat viabil în domeniul cercetare-tehnologii. Dioximaţii unor metale tranziţionale manifestă proprietăţi utile în diferite domenii: prezintă modele de molecule cu im-portanţă fiziologică, sunt folosiţi drept catalizatori în procesele industriale, pot fi utilizaţi pentru obţinerea hidrogenului etc. Proprietăţile utile variază în dependenţă de natura generatorului de complex, a liganzilor, a bioelementelor constitu-ente, a structurii moleculare şi cristaline etc
