摘要：This article tells the story of a day in the life of three female adult educators, one that is marked by extra unpaid services, hardly allows for illness and demands a great degree of flexibility. Under these intolerable circumstances, the behaviour of their superiors, their esteem, understanding and recognition often make a great difference emotionally, even if nothing changes in their financial situation. Yet isn‘t there also a deeper connection between the feminization of adult education and precarious working conditions? How and when can one be politically active and join an interest group under these circumstances? And how is the obligation to receive an education and continue one‘s professional development experienced under these circumstances? (Ed.)
