摘要：Everyday culture of different social layers of the society has always been a matter of scientific research during revolutionary transformations. Yet, when traditional cultural paradigms are met together with ideological ideas of revolutionary programs, it leads to a growth of deviant behavior in the society. Historic-legal retrospective allows on the example of 1920s to trace the issues of social behavior development in the peasant community, where the factor of preserving traditional values was very strong.
