摘要：In order to be successful in the sport one needs to have a lot of practice, discipline, tactics, determination and patience, as skills that help young people before they succeed in various social areas. In this context, sports diplomacy as a new phenomenon in sports provides open new pathways that have the aim to increase the dialogue, to open new horizons and perspectives and contribute to greater cultural understanding between the peoples of the world. Sports diplomacy aims to assist in overcoming cultural differences and play an active role in making people closer. As an activity, the diplomacy in sports first of all means good skills such as leadership, teamwork, respecting the rules and respecting each other or respecting the differences.

In 2010; this forum awarded first ; prize for a project proving that it is possible to ; build cooperation through the sports game - tennis. ; This project meant cooperation between Rohan ; Bopona (India) and Aisam Ul-Haq Kuereshi ; (Pakistan); which represents a classical example of ; how "sports diplomacy" plays its role with this ; pair in pairs under the slogan "Stop the war; let's ; start with tennis;" campaign that showed that the ; friendship between India and Pakistan can be com- ; menced. ; (SI No 2) ; In the frames of realization of the project Sport as ; a factor for tolerance; togetherness and respect; ; which was conducted in six municipalities in ; Macedonia assisted by the United States Embassy ; in Macedonia Ivanov as a sponsor of the same in ; Sochi; Russia; as one of main speakers; addressed ; the opening ceremony of the sixth International ; Forum "Peace and Sport"; which is held under the ; patronage of HH Prince Albert II of Monaco. ; Within the forum Ivanov was given international ; recognition for its commitment to the promotion ; and advancement of peace through sport; precisely ; in the realization of the project SFTTR. ; (SI No 3) ; As a UNICEF ambassador; Djokovic during his ; visit to the kindergarten Pcelica in Smederevo said ; : "What I learned as a child and further is of great ; importance for my life because I had the good for- ; tune and privilege to have a good start in child- ; hood; to develop my talent. But I regret that not all ; children have such a beginning; and we must help ; those children who are born in poverty or on the ; margins of society; to realize their dreams. I will ; use my influence and position as well as all con- ; tacts in the world to invite donors to help the chil- ; dren. ; (SI No 4) ; Recognizing the need to make a new beginning ; in relations between the U.S. and Russia; Russian ; Federation President Medvedev and U.S. President ; Barack Obama started the Bilateral Presidential ; Commission to improve coordination between the ; two countries; which aims to deal with common ; challenges and explore new opportunities for part- ; nership in mutual interest. Commission one of the ; main roles played Sports United in the working ; group of the Commission for Education; Culture; ; Sports and Media; which focuses on developing ; relationships and innovative collaboration to pro- ; mote a new dialogue and understanding between ; people of the United States and Russia. In the past ; year; several delegations of young American and ; Russian athletes through sports diplomacy traveled ; subject to exchange between the U.S. and Russia ; to share their cultures; traditions and values ; through sports games - hockey; swimming; basket- ; ball and volleyball. A group of young Russians ; even had a chance to play basketball with the ; President Barack Obama. ; (SI No.5) ; Ivory Coast footballer star Didier Drogba ; declared for BBC that he could help in healing the ; wounds of his country's bloody post-election vio- ; lence. The Chelsea striker was talking about his ; role on the recently launched Truth Reconciliation ; and Dialogue Commission. He said he had not hes- ; itated in taking the post but added: "It's not going ; to be easy; I'm not superman."
