摘要：As the digital multimedia are integrated via the network, large amount of data is transfer and circulatedeasily and becoming faster, easier, and require less effort to make exact copies. This progress will benefit multimediaproduct owners as sales will increase. The major obstruction is the lack of effective intellectual property protection ofdigital media to put off unauthorized copying and distribution. In this paper we propose Digital video watermarkingscheme based on discrete cosine transform also the Design of this scheme using Matlab Simulink. Watermarkingtechnique has been proposed as a method to hide secret information into the signals so as to discourage illegal copyingor attest the source of the media.
