摘要：Este artigo procura avaliar os vetores geopolíticos que caracterizam o mar português e analisar de que forma a visão integrada de criar um «mar europeu», o qual implica a partilha de recursos e de espaço marítimo por todos os atores europeus, pode vir a colidir com os interesses nacionais. Sendo o mar um dos maiores ativos do País e numa altura em que se tem como objetivo alargar a plataforma continental, fica expressa a oportunidade de Portugal poder ou dever reforçar a sua rede de ligações externas, aproveitar a sua vocação atlântica e afirmar-se como líder do mundo lusófono.
其他摘要：This article aims at assess the geopolitical vectors that characterize the Portuguese sea, and how Portuguese interests could be damaged by the creation of an “European sea”. This implies that it needs to share resources and space. The sea is one of the greatest Portuguese assets and Portugal is trying to extend its continental platform. In this context it should strengths its foreign network and tries to benefit from its Atlantic vocation and establish itself as a leader of the lusophone world.
