摘要:This paper presents the results of an investigation into the supply chain management (SCM) that was developed and implemented in two small manufacturing companies in Campo Limpo Paulista/BR. The goal was to provide conditions for strategic decision making to prioritize the implementation of SCM in small-sized companies and to achieve agility, flexibility, and lower costs for the operations system. The model of strategic priority, particularly regarding costs, was developed to measure customer satisfaction and work opposite the new operating model. The knowledge of certain values of customer satisfaction is not enough, however; the administrator also needs to know the vectors of customer satisfaction with their service costs to be able to influence the actions for the chain positively. The results of the analysis and implementation of SCM by several small-sized companies in Brazil as well as the result of this work lead to companies achieving greater competitiveness in their particular market
