  • 摘要:A corrosion experiment with 20G has been carried out by simulating the environment of heating surface in biomass boilers. Corrosion dynamic curves were obtained by mass gain method. Analysis of the corrosion characteristics were combined with the surface morphology. And the surface morphology and chemical composition of the specimen after experiment were analyzed by using the energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The result of experiment show that there is certain corrosion resistance in 20G at a temperature of 500 ℃ , the corrosion strength of chlorine is greater than sulfur during corrosion process, and the deposition corrosion is dominant.
