摘要：.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Regulatory Guide 5.71 requires CMVP (Cryptographic Module Validation Program)-approved cryptographic modules for Nuclear facilities. And NIST documents also require CMVP-approved modules for smart grid networks. In this paper, a convergence method of CMVP and SSL(Secure Socket Layer) for web services and performance results of the method are presented.
