摘要：The struggle to prepare lawstudents to perform effective legalresearch has long been of deepconcern to academic law librarians.On the whole, we seem to be doing adecent job. A 2013 study conductedand prepared by AALL’s AcademicLaw Libraries Special Interest SectionTask Force on Identifying Skills andKnowledge for Legal Practice, “A Studyof Attorneys’ Legal Research Practicesand Opinions of New Associates’Research Skills,” showed that attorneyrespondents gave our recent graduateshigh marks in a variety of areas, such asdevelopment of research plans, effectiveuse of primary and secondary sources,and updating with citators
