摘要:The paper provides a description of social psychological monitoring of the risks of interethnic conflicts, a system that implies measuring regularly the potential for interethnic conflicts in a population. The monitoring instruments integrate the data of social psychological studies, technologies of social surveys and of regular measurements of certain social variables. The questions of the monitoring are divided into the following four blocks: the first block is based upon the scale of ethno-national attitudes (preferences); the second one is aimed at revealing the level of accepted violence in solving interethnic and interconfessional issues; the third block reveals one's inclination towards violating the generally accepted rules and norms of public safety; finally, the fourth block of questions focuses on the attitudes towards migrants.
