摘要：This article describes Open Space Technology. It is a simple, practical, holistic and effective method for holding workshops, conferences and meetings for groups of 12 to 1000 or even more participants. This article might help in understanding of the main value of the Open Space Technology allowing to different professional groups and value orientations’ representatives to generate new ideas despite of the differences in statuses and classes, encouraging the release of creative energy and allowing to generate productive solutions to complex and seemingly insolvable problems. The article describes the benefits of the Open Space Technology, how and where this method has proved oneself and perspectives of its application in educational, teaching and administrative purposes.
