摘要：The article is devoted to developing better psychological care to patients suffering from HIV and tuberculosis which are medically severe and socially difficult diseases. The sucсess of their treatment depends a lot on patience's adherence to therapy. The actual questions of developing the adherence to therapy of these diseases are examined in the article.
