摘要:The procedure of research of social and psychological adaptation in students and the process of its designing are described. The concept of emotional experience (perezhivanie) introduced in the works by L.S. Vygotsky on the role of social environment in psychological and personal development became the theoretical grounding of the procedure. The research displayed statistically significant shifts in frequency and intensity of emotional experiences arising in connection with different problems of university life in the course of adaptation process. The group of students (n=110) was investigated using the above-described procedure twice: at the beginning and at the end of the first semester. The fact of adaptation to many difficult situations that first-graders usually face was revealed. Satisfactory intergroup validity of the procedure was confirmed.
