摘要：This paper analyzes Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) landfill projects, with emphasis on stakeholder access to the implementation and results from the projects developed in the Bandeirantes and São João landfills, both located in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.The analysis is based on a multi-agent model.It was concluded that, in the landfills studied, there is no effective information flow or coordination with the different community stakeholders whose participation is limited to public meetings held to discuss the allocation of revenues derived from the sale of carbon credits.
