标题：Essential Elements for the Successful Implementation of Public Information and Service Delivery System (e-Service) for the District Education Office in Malaysia

摘要：This research dealt with the important aspects of Public Information and Service Delivery System (e-Service) specific for District Education Office (PPD) in Malaysia. The objective is to discuss and disclose essential elements for the e-Service. For the purpose of this research, a set of 300 survey forms had been distributed to 15 primary and secondary schools within the district of Gombak (randomly chosen as respondents to have their opinions and perceptions). From those 300 forms, 280 completed copies had been returned and subsequently analysed using SPSS package. The result of this survey reveals the important elements that required for the e-Service system exclusive for PPD. Research methodology, data processing and data analysis are also discussed in this paper. In conclusion, this research reveals the important elements to the e-Service exclusively for the PPD.
