摘要:Further research reveals that the effect of transformational leadership on followers' performance is indirectly affected by empowerment. The nature of this relationship is less emphasized in organizational leadership literature. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the effect of transformational leadership on followers' performance and investigate the mediating effect of empowerment in the relationship between transformational leadership and followers' performance. Findings showed that the relationship between empowerment and transformational leadership had increased followers' performance. This result confirms that empowerment acts as a full mediating role in the leadership model of the studied organization.
