标题：A ADOÇÃO DE SISTEMAS PRIVADOS DE ENSINO EM ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS DE EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: REFLEXÕES A PARTIR DO PERFIL DOS PROFESSORES

摘要：O artigo analisa informações coletadas por meio de questionários aplicados ao conjunto de professores em exercício na Educação Infantil, em 20% dos municípios paulistas com até 50 mil habitantes, que adotavam em 2011 Sistemas Privados de Ensino adquiridos dos três maiores grupos em atuação no mercado. Seu objetivo é analisar o perfil desse profissional e o uso que fazem das apostilas que compõem a "cesta" de serviços e produtos, para o que se considera o conteúdo colhido em 314 questionários. Como resultados, nota-se que tendencialmente os professores têm iniciado sua inserção na carreira docente sobre a lógica desses "Sistemas", que os alijam dos processos de planejamento da rotina e da organização de seu trabalho. No entanto, um percentual não desprezível declara ser necessário complementar as atividades situação que indica, felizmente, a limitação deste recurso para a Educação Infantil.
其他摘要：The paper analyzes informations gathered through questionnaires applied to in-service teachers in Childhood Education in 20% of São Paulo's Municipalities up 50 thousand inhabitants that, in 2011, worked with handout systems acquired from the three largest groups in Brazil. The purpose is to analyze the professional profile of these workers and the use they do of the handout systems that are part of the "basket" of products and services sold by these enterprises. Were collected 314 answers. The results shows than mainly the teachers begun their professional lives using these systems, what exclude them of planning routines and organization of their own work. However, a significant percentage declares is necessary do more activities than is prescribed by the handout systems, what shows that, fortunately, this is a limited resource to childhood education.
