摘要：En este trabajo, se somete a examen el rendimiento de la tesis "tradicional" (naturalística) del delito de estafa frente a las necesidades político-criminales del presente. Para este sistema, entre sus diferentes elementos típicos se exige una relación de causalidad. Al día de hoy, cabría preguntarse si esta solución es conveniente, es decir, si responde eficientemente a los supuestos problemáticos que plantea la realidad de los negocios contemporánea.
其他摘要：The present work exposes a review about the performance of the "traditional" thesis (Naturalistic) of the swindle crime in front of the needs of the present's Political Policy. For this system, the various frauds' elements require a causal relationship. Today it might be wondered whether this solution is desirable, i.e. whether respond efficiently to the problematic assumptions that the contemporary business practices raises.
