摘要：Analisamos neste artigo as mudanças no mundo do trabalho e o reflexo nas relações de trabalho dos professores do ensino superior público. A análise das condições de trabalho requer entender a reestruturação produtiva, não somente as mudanças tecnológicas e organizacionais no processo de produção mas a reestruturação do capital, que inclui as transformações no processo de trabalho, quer nos aspectos dos objetos e meios de trabalho, quer nas suas formas de organização e controle. E o que seriam essas transformações no processo de trabalho? Que mudanças vêm ocorrendo que alteraram a relação do capital e do trabalho? Como essas mudanças afetaram o trabalho dos professores das universidades públicas?
其他摘要：We analyze in this article the changes world of work and reflection on the relationships of teachers work in public higher education. The analysis of work conditions requires understanding the restructuring of production, not only the technological and organizational changes in the production process, but the restructuring of capital, which includes changes in the work process, or aspects of objects and means of work, either in their forms of organization and control. And what are these changes in the work process? What changes have occurred that have altered the relationship between capital and work? How these changes affected the work of teachers of public higher?
