摘要：Organizations are complicated systems. This complexity results from mutual interaction of individual and organization. Meanwhile, organizations are systems that live like a living being. One of the most important factors in maintaining the organizations' continuity is probably their members. For this reason, organizations educate their members in accordance with their own for their own benefit in order to get the highest performance from them. On the other hand, individuals join the organizations in order to reach their goals and wishes
