摘要：With the increase in network based attacks in general, and the world-wide access to computer networks and systems in particular, those responsible for network and computer system security need to utilize every tool available. To achieve this objective Genetic Algorithm Based Intrusion Detection System has been Proposed. Implementation of genetic algorithm is unique as it considers both temporal and spatial information of DARPA data set Rule Set Rule Base Network Sniffer GA network connections during the encoding of the problem; therefore, it should be more helpful for identification of network anomalous behaviors
