摘要:The paper presents the relationship between physical activity during the week and the areas of quality of life of primary school teachers. Survey was attended by school teachers at the first grade of primary schools from Slovakia. The quality of life was studied by means of a modified questionnaire SQUALA. The level of physical activity was defined in terms of sports groups, respectively the frequency of motor activity during the week. The data are presented by descriptive characteristics (n, M, SD) and statistical significance of differences, respectively relations of nonparametric methods (T, U, r s ). The results showed the most numerous correlations between physical activity during the week and the areas of quality of life or occasional sports women II. who realize physical activity M: 4.651in the week at SD 1.021. Positive correlations were demonstrated to the area of physical well-being (p<0.20), psychosocial well-being (p<0.10), spiritual well- being (p<0.05), the material well-being(p<0 .05) and leisure (p<0.05). We do not find so much important relationships in groups with lower, respectively higher physical activity. The conclusions highlight the importance of physical activity in the life of teachers in the first grade of primary school and the possibility of influencing the quality of life through sport
