摘要：Today's multicultural interaction includes connection between cultures and behaviors through cultural awareness. Individuals' increasing interest in other cultures and communication skills to be able to constructively communicate with people from different cultures, while bracing themselves for the real challenges of today's multicultural world. Thus, international collaboration, interactions, applications and projects gain importance in the educational environment. The main purpose of this research is to reveal International Erasmus art and design students' cultural awareness, through their daily life experiences and observations through new culture they come in and determine the effect of new culture on their artistic representations. The data of the study were gathered from 4 Erasmus students from Anadolu University in Eskisehir, Turkey. For the main purpose of the research it was asked students on cultural understanding and awareness in the culture they come in based on their thoughts and design projects. The data of the research, which was projected based on the qualitative research method, were collected in the form of semi structured interviews, design projects and written thoughts on the elements depicted in design projects, and the findings obtained were analyzed and interpreted based on the thematic analyses method. As a result of the research, it was found that the students explained their cultural awareness through deep understanding of Turkish culture, cultural and traditional values in Turkish culture
