The use ofe-learning techniques in higher education is becoming ever more frequent. Insome institutions, e-learning has completely replaced the traditional teachingmethods, while in others it supplements classical courses. The paper presents astudy conducted in a member institution of the University of Ljubljana thatprovides public administration programmes. We analysed the relationship betweenthe proportion of the course implemented in the Moodle e-learning platform andstudents’ performance on one hand and their satisfaction on the other. Theempirical findings reveal a positive correlation for both elements. The resultscan help decision-makers learn more about how to enhance students’ success andsatisfaction using an e-learning platform.
