摘要：By deve loping a nd testing a c onceptua l mode l which wa s sta te d a s: the PG resea r ch stude nts' perception of the PG resea rch se rvice qua lity is associa ted with their perce ption of the PG resea rch supervisors' service performa nce, the model was fitted to the da ta obta ined from a sample of post graduates at a large resea rch university in South Africa, using AMO S. The chi-square test statistic wa s reported as 8.951 with a p-value = 0.111, and the RMSEA wa s 0.004, both statistics indicating a good fit of the model to the data . It was thus concluded that the PG r esea rch students' perception of the PG re sea rch supervisors' se rvice performa nce is associated with the perception of the PG rese arch service quality.
