摘要：Abstract: The Multinational Enterprise (MNE) it can develop all the entrance ways simultaneously in the exterior (exports and imports, direct investments, strategic alliances and cooperation agreements). In this article we analyze the Spanish Direct Investment, next we will highlight the competitive advantages of the MNE and we conclude that the Spanish MNE ́s possesses more active general that the company strictly exporter and domestic in general. These immaterial assets are it of technological nature (coded and tacit), of commercial character (you mark renowned) and directive capital (general and international). The direct investment non alone allows the internal protection of the intangible assets, but rather it can be the most efficient road for the transnationalization of these, especially those of tacit character.
