摘要:The purpose of this research is to suggest evaluation criteria in order to compare and assess the effects of urban transport policies required to reduce GHG emissions. The proposed evaluation criteria is applied to an air quality management system which is currently being developed. For this, a survey was performed to determine evaluation criteria which involved 37 potential users and experts such as decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and researchers. Their heuristic opinions for decision making would affect to select final evaluation criteria. The results suggest that the ‘Number of Population’, ‘Total Distance Traveled’, and ‘Traffic Volume by Trip Purpose’ are the most preferred evaluation criteria. Since the main role of air quality management system support decision-making for urban transport policies, evaluation criteria will be significant for potential users such as decision-makers and urban and transportation planners.
